Grind.
grow.
Glow.
A premium coaching house for the woman who is done starting over — and ready to become unrecognizable to her excuses.

What you
actually
said.
I know what I need to do, but I can't seem to stay consistent.
I keep putting everyone else first and myself last.
I've started over so many times that I'm afraid to try again.
I just want to feel like myself again.
If you read those and flinched, you're in the right place. This is exactly what we fix.
Most people
don't need a
better plan.
They need to stop
quitting.
Fitness becomes easier when you stop trying to impress people and start doing it for yourself. I build the smallest version of the program you can still respect — and then I keep you on the chain.
The one benefit you're chasing isn't a number on the scale. It's confidence. Everything in Signal and Operator is built to get you there.
About DiAnnah →Even if it's small. Five sessions, two walks. The chain matters more than any single workout.
You vote on Sunday when you build the week. Not at 5:45 a.m. in the dark.
Sleep, protein, steps, or weight moved. One. Look at it every Sunday. Adjust.
Pick your lane.
The 12-week online build. Three sessions a week, four protein anchors, weekly check-ins. For people ready to break the quit cycle.
Read more →Six months of 1:1 work. Custom programming, nutrition, mindset coaching, direct text access. For people building a body that lasts.
Read more →In-person training, small group sessions, sport-specific work. For Durham locals who want eyes on the bar.
Read more →Real life,
real numbers.
“5 months. Two kids. ICU night shifts. Zero missed sessions in the last 8 weeks.”
“Back squat in 14 weeks. First three-plate deadlift of her life. Sleeps now.”
“Times she quit on herself in the last 90 days. That's the number she's proud of.”
Six moves.
No surprises.
- 01Apply
Tell me where you're at, what you've tried, and what you actually want. No fluff.
- 02Diagnostic call
30 minutes. We figure out what days are real for you and what the smallest honest workout looks like.
- 03Build the chain
First four weeks we don't add load. We unbreak the chain. Four protein anchors, three sessions, two walks.
- 04Load the bar
Week 5 onward, the program escalates. Strength comes online. Body composition follows.
- 05The boring month
Around month three, results slow. Most people quit. You don't, because I won't let you.
- 06Cash in
Months four to eight is when it lands. You stop needing me to text you. That's the job.
Common
objections,
handled.
I don't have time.+
Three sessions a week, 45 minutes each, is the floor. If you can't find three 45-minute windows in seven days, the problem isn't fitness, it's scheduling. We fix that on the diagnostic call.
I can't afford to fail again.+
I don't do 30-day promises. I work in 3–8 month windows because that's the truth. If you're not seeing change at month two, we adjust the program, not your expectations.
I'm intimidated by the gym.+
Two of your three sessions are at home with one kettlebell and a band. The gym day is optional for the first eight weeks. Most clients walk in for the first time around week 10 and own it.
